He is an overseer and lead of all projects and human resources in the organization for day to day execution of activities and management. He is the Principal and accounting officer for the projects in the Organization. He is a contact person and key officer to liaise with donors and other agencies, and responsible for ensuring reports are timely submitted by the Project officer who is in-charge to the project implementation. He ensures organization policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) including that of our donors (requirements and standards) are adhered to by the entire staff and project teams. He prepares status reports and reports to the Board of Directors.
