Who We Are

The Voice of Marginalized Community

TVMC is a youth-led, non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-profit organization. The organization was founded in 2011 by a group of youth volunteers with a vision to create a society that respects the rights of children and women. The organization was officially registered as "The Voice of Marginalized Community" in 2014 by the Ministry of Community Development, Gender and Children. TVMC operates under the supervision of a board of directors

TVMC utilizes a community-based approach to ensure well-strengthened and engaging systems for the protection of children, youth, and women. We use trained staff, volunteers, and work with government officials to implement physical, educational and cultural enrichment activities. Since its establishment in 2012, TVMC has worked with a wide range of groups to achieve its vision and mission

We're excited about what we do here at TVMC: Promoting the rights of children, youth, and marginalized group defending Women, Youth and Children working in different thematic areas that represent just about every kind of human rights issue and challenge facing our community today. We focus on nine (3) thematic areas: Education, Health and Livelihood;
